A LITTLE PREPARATION GOES A LONG WAY
Your ideas.
Your priorities.
A shared starting point.
Our client questionnaire brings the important details into one place, from the land and floor plan to finishes, systems and the spaces you’ll use every day.
You don’t need every answer yet. “Not sure” is a useful starting point, too.

A few good
questions.
Do I need a lot or finished plans?
No finished plan is needed to start the conversation. Let us know whether you own land, are looking for a lot or already have plans, so we can understand your starting point.
What does cost-plus mean?
In a cost-plus arrangement, the construction costs and the agreed builder fee make up the project price. Scope, allowances, fee terms and how changes are handled should be reviewed together in the project agreement.
Is the inquiry a request for a final quote?
The inquiry helps us understand your project and whether it may be a fit. A meaningful estimate needs more detail about the site, plans, specifications and selections.
Where do you build?
Valley Built Homes is focused on North Alabama. Share your city or county in the inquiry. Project location and availability will be reviewed with you before any commitment.
